This is because the app has not completed syncing with our server. Please double-check the network connection on your device and ensure the app is fully synced from the Account tab in the app.
If you’re sure your device has a working connection and the app has fully synced but images are still missing please get in touch with support who can restore missing images from the device’s image backup.
Start by ensuring the video is available in the Videos section of your online dashboard.
If your video is available to view via the dashboard then your customer should also have received a working link.
If the customer has still not received the video please double-check the customer’s email address/phone number used.

We can design and build new graphics in-house (charged at an hourly rate) or we can work with graphic assets you might want to supply yourselves.

Typically, we simply integrate into your chosen stock uploader to handle the media for the adverts, we have no influence on the actual adverts being posted to your own website or any of the classified listing sites.
