It is anticipated service should be restored 22nd March.

We have received the following information.

A water leak caused damage to the UPS system. This has caused part of our server and network infrastructure to be unavailable.

The work of removing the damaged infrastructure is currently being carried out, but it may take some time to complete. Therefore we cannot provide an ETA at this moment.

We assure you that our team is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption to your services. We will keep you informed as we learn more about the situation and the progress of the remediation efforts. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
